Is it possible to swap out the fans that come on this cooler to Corsair LL140 rgb fans. My case is the Corsair Crystal 280X and was wanting to have 6 of the 240s in it. Or should i just buy the 280mm corsair AIO, but then i cant seem to find one with the LL140 fans on.

Either way will these be ok to use on the Ryzen 7 5800X.

Thanks.

Can be replaced, no problem. The actual unit offer an extension where the fans connect to/ You can connect any other 4 pin fans to it, being limited to control their speed with the pump, as they use the same reader, or simply connecting your fans to whatever controller you're using and let the pump connect to the CPU reader.

Just to confirm this is fully correct. Thought about doing this with mine but the stock fans are really very good. I did move mine though to better suit my case airflow.

I was tempted to replace with 3 beQuiet Pure Wings 2, but no reason to. Very good fans indeed.

are those good fans the pure wings 2? - I see there is a new pump by them and I think they use those fans. Although the reviews rated it only slightly above average.

Yes, but can't tell how much (if any) better than the actual Arctic ones.
Both are pretty good fans. Run mine between 40% and 50%.
At 40% they are very quiet. At 50% you can notice, but not an issue, as normally the GPU's fans would be louder.

thanks - I need to get an aio now for my build ... I want to try some bling but I dont like corsair aios (look weird) ... thought about getting a 'be quiet' one and changing the fans for rgb ones ...

The performance of the Arctic Freezer is great and the extra cooling for VRM does help. The fans are very good, but if you're going to replace them, should affe t the performance have mine at 60% and every other fan is louder at 45%+

The 280 ended up not fitting in my case anyway, may end up with the 240 in the front, but i need to find some high static fans to replace those black ones. Suggestions?
