Hi guys. I'm just looking for some advice as to what card option would be sensible to replace my 4 year old AMD Radeon HD 6800 with? My CPU runs on Intel I7-950 at 3.1 Gz. I'm looking to get a few more years out of this system before I replace from the ground up. Normally i'd replace at 5 years, but am already running into new games which cant handle the older card such as Doom. Ideally, I don't want to spend more than £300, but prefer £250 range. Any suggestions? Cheers!

Replacing graphics card: Recommendations?

I would be waiting for the new 1070/1080 cards to be released but the prices aren't going to be what you're expecting. It might be a better option to grab a cheap 970/980 as prices are coming down slowly...well, within the 2nd hand market they are.
