Replacing head unit on R reg escort

Ive got an R reg escort which has a double stereo. Im looking to replace it with a single stereo. Can anyone advise what adaptors etc I will need?

fascia adapter and iso wiring adapter. New headunit and adpaters may cost more than value of car though
