Hi,
I got an iPod shuffle for free with a mobile contract from O2, 2 months down the line and iTunes freezes everytime I try to transfer music to the shuffle, saying "cannot locate disc" or words to that effect. Re-installed iTunes, tried different computers, restored the Shuffle, followed Apple's 5 steps to recovery thing, still nothing.

Basically I think its bust, thing is, how do I get it replaced under warranty ? I doubt O2 would be interested in helping, and for the life of me I can't find anywhere on the Apple support page that just say's "my ipod is broken, can I have it repaired/replaced".

Can anyone point me in the right direction :/

Thanks
