Replacing laptop screen

I spilt coffee down my laptop over a couple of years ago now, and my sister is getting a new laptop. Would anything stop me from replacing my laptop screen with hers? There both 1280x800 screens, same size although one of them is a Lenovo N100, and the other a Fujitsu something or other.

Would anything stop me from replacing my screen with hers - warrentys run out on both.

should fit fine these are pretty much generic fitment.

When you get them both out check the connection points screw fixings etc also try to get the voltages etc for both off them if everything matches should be ok

Alright, slight complication in getting the other laptop - the person who's it was isn't in the country for a bit. Thanks for the advice everyone.
