Replacing my i5 750

I have an ageing i5 750 that I'm fairly convinced is dying (either the CPU or the MB anyway, upshot is the same...I need to replace them) after living its life at a 4GHz overclock.

The 4770K on TWO looks enticing, but I'm unsure which motherboard to get alongside it, and indeed if I should go for the 4770K or just take a 4670K. The main use of the PC is a gaming machine, and I know some modern titles are making effective use of more cores, but will I see a big advantage in the 4770K vs the 4670K?

I've got 8GB of Corsair Vengeance C9 RAM, which I believe will be fine with Haswell, and a GTX 680 (but the price-drops on the GTX 780 are looking HUGELY tempting!).

So my questions are:
4770K or 4670K?
Which motherboard to suit (I want some decent OC potential, would be nice to see north of 4.5GHz on air)?
Will my existing RAM work fine with Haswell?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Gigabyte Z87 0C and a 4770K?

This is what's sitting in my basket at the moment, but I'm unfamiliar with the Gigabyte motherboards and there's a bewildering variety at different price points! What does the Z87 OC offer over, for example, the Z87-UD3H, which also seems popular?

A very good midrange board is the Gigabyte Z87X-D3H. Does both crossfire and SLI and has got very good reviews. Unless you really want the features on the more expensive boards, such as better sound i don't see the point of them with Haswell. The cpu will hit it's max clock way before you run out of options in the bios.
