The clip on mine broke off and basically my computer wont reconise it unless set at a certain angle and i cant wiggle my feet around under my desk for fear of knocking it out.
Off we toddle to the purple shirt crew, dad explained the situation..kinda of pointless since I then had to re-explain it and give more details. I always thought we needed a special cramp but apparantly according to the guy the ones he told us there was just a clip to take it off and thats all that was needed, and looking at them it appeared to be the same style as mine.
Got in, looked at it and there was no sign of some removable clip.
Question in short, is there a way to replace it without using a special cramp?
I guess no, but i think my dad is going to check with work to see if they have one kicking about.
