Replacing sky router and BT modem with my own

Hey guys,

I've been with sky fibre for 7 years now and have a old sagem router connected to a bt modem to get my fibre.

Problem is the sky router has started dropping wireless connections and being unstable. I know theres 3rd party ways of getting my login details from the sky router.

But what should I be looking to buy to replace the router and modem into one device so I no longer need the sky router and bt modem plugged in.

To replace both you need a VDSL modem/router. The BT modem is quite good though, I'm still using it along with a ubiquiti wireless ap. Previously using an Asus rt-n66u, which was brilliant. There are newer models available now though.
