Replacing text in multiple HTML files

I need to replace a text string in over 100 HTML files. Is there any trusted freeware app out there which can do this?

Thanks for the suggestions. I do have Dreamweaver CS3 at the moment and the Search and Replace functions is brilliant. You can select a folder to perform the action against, as well as all open docs.
I've been using Dreamweaver for years and never realised this before - the ball ache it could have saved!! Geez!
