Replacing the top case on a MacBook Pro.

Long story short; would like to replace the top case of my MacBook Pro.

As I'm worried about damaging the insides of my MacBook Pro, I'm wondering how much it would be to get the part replaced professionally?

The part itself (B661-5481) is about £350, but what sort of price should I be expecting to pay for someone else to replace it?

Also, if you're allowed can you recommend any where in the UK that does this or would Apple be willing to do this?
 
I had mine done under the apple care warranty due to a faulty keyboard at my local apple store took a couple of days and all is well, no idea what it costs though as i didn't have to pay :)
