Hello All,
I've noticed on several of my uPVC windows, particularly in my bedroom, that the internal rubber wedge gasket (the rubber seal immediately around the window panes) is perished or well on the way... There are also a couple of gaps which is allowing a draught through, which is not ideal for keeping the house warm economically in winter!
I managed to pull a section of it out and cut off a small piece for reference, but looking online I'm completely taken aback by the sheer variety of sizes and shapes available! Doe anyone have any experience of changing theirs and any recommendations as to where to buy new wedge gaskets from?
Thanks!
