Right,
I've recently acquired a 1999 (V plate) Peugeot 306 meridian trim, 1360cc.
There are two immediate faults with the vehicle.

First of all, the driver side window switch
its a block switch that provides electrical controls for the driver and passenger windows, as well as the side view mirrors. It's completely died and i'll need a new switch. I know i can get one on Ebay, but there seem to be a range of different ones available for the 306 phase 2, I don't know which one will be compatible with my car. Is there any way of finding out?

Second of all, the front screenwash outlets don't work, however the rear one does. I spoke to someone at a peugeot part centre who said on the 306, there was only one screenwash pump, so if this is true and the rear is working, it must not be the pump. What can it be? It doesn't make a noise either when I initiate it on the dash.

Anyway thats my issues in a nutshell, thanks for any help!

i would check the loom in the drivers side door first. thats the first thing to go that can start all your electronic niggles because it always ends up leaking water.
