I've had the Zalman Reserator 1 now for a couple of years or so, as other users are aware ... the pump develops a rattle after awhile, obtained a free replacement from the importer that after 6 months also started to rattle, now have another pump on the way.

But draining and dismantling the Reserator system to change the internal pump really is a chore.

Can anyone recommend an external pump I can use with the Reserator that will fit its diameter of tubing that is silent and up to the task of cooling the CPU and GPU?

While I'm writing, has anyone tested the new? Zalman Reserator cooling fan, that looks like it clips onto the top of the tower, if so ... does it make any difference to temperatures? The tower does get warm with extended use and with summer approaching the ambient room temperatures will be going up.

Cheers.

Thanks for the advice guys, are these pumps available here on OcUK? And they definitely fit the Zalman diameter tubing ... right?

Maybe Baddass can chime in? he was very helpful on my original Reserator and Dell 2405 LCD questions.

Also, has anyone tried the Zalman fan I've seen on Zalman's own web site to assist the Reserator in cooling? So long as it has a noticeable difference in cooling the unit and is not to expensive, I'll give it a go.
