Replacment MOT certificate?

If one needed one is it just a case of going to the MOT centre that passed the car and asking for another?

Any MOT centre & £10 (possibly £15) will do it.

They can print it.

Why would you need it though - you dont even need an MOT cert to tax these days.

New job requires proof the car is MOT'd. Therefore the need for said certificate has arisen.

Admittedly if I cleared up my room I'd probably find it somewhere but meh
