Dont use the spectre fans for watercooling
Either scythe GT's, corsair, or the e-loops are pretty good
And yes what you have will work

Edit, what about a block like this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-204-EK&groupid=962&catid=1519 will show up red with your fluid then spend a bit more on your pump, a D5 pump is the way to go.

would it not be better to buy clear tube... if your using red mayhems?

also OP, use clear tubing or dont bother with coloured fluid. Go for the block that Nickolp1974 posted no sense spending as much as you where going too on a block. Defo get the 1850 GT's and buy a Lamptron fan controller with the money you saved. Also those compression fittings Are they really needed?

yes it might be aesthetics but there have been issues reported with those fittings, if you want a clean look get the normal chrome instead of black chrome (same price and make as the ones i posted). But I implore you stay away from the monsoon ones if not for peace of mind. How often are you going to be able to see the fittings isit really worth the extra money just for red?
