Report a Google Adwords ad

There's a couple of companies on Adwords that are advertising using our company name as a keyword. That's fine. However one of them (the top one) has our actual company name as the heading. Our company name isn't trademarked but is this against Google's policies, ie pretending to be someone else? If so how do I report the ad?
