As said, I don't think I don't think the shop is doing anything illegal, just against the T&C of that particular console. Voiding warranty / on-line capabilities removed etc.

i wont bother
cause the long arm of the law will be on top of them
soon

they dont last long they get busted and just move along the road

thats what happens up the famous glasgow Barras ;)

I'd imagine the main way they would get in trouble is if they actually sold MS Consoles, if MS knew they were doing that, they would no doubt stop supplying them.

It's not illegal, why would you want to report them anyway?

banhammer is an annual christmas event, i love watching the kids cry over their ban when theyve had a year or more playing free games lol

Modding is legal, my company mods consoles and i have cleared it with my solicitor, he says that under current law modification of a console is up to the owner. In the states however the law was changed recently to include that modding for the pure result of being able to play backups/copies was deemed ILLEGAL as it was "facilitating the use of pirate material" it wont be long till this comes over here.

Lol, grow up, you wanna report it? i saw somebody the other day throw a tap end on the floor, anybody know the number to report this?
