Who do you report to, obviously not 999. I have just witnesses the most outrageous behaviour in my life!
Reporting road rage

I was not involved, was driving on the motorway coming up to Brent Cross on M1 into London. Looked in my mirrors I observed a Focus C-Max in the outside lane and a mad man behind flashing his lights in a black Audi Q8 (reg V8 TUY), anyone in NW London, give this guy a wide berth.
He proceeded to undercut, pull along side the C-Max, trying to get the drivers attention. For whatever reason he then swerved into said car nearly causing it to crash into the central reservation. Not happy at leaving it at this the C-Max was now in the middle lane driver no doubt was pretty shook up. The Q8 driver then forced the driver to the hard shoulder.
Q8 passed me down the road on the A41 and up towards St Johns Wood
The guy needs locking up, not even having his license revoked is punishment for what this drive could have caused and the manner in which he acted. I have never seen anything as aggressive as this on the road ever. No idea what happened that led this phyco to drive like this, maybe said C-Max driver had a set too earlier up the road, but not an excuse for this moment of madness.
