Hi all, been a while.

Looking to upgrade/get new system for moderate gaming/home work.

Needs:
- to be a 2 monitor system
- play games like Diablo 3 Reaper Of Souls, Civ 5, the upcoming Civ "Beyond Earth" etc.

Current system:
DESKTOP:
2 x Viewsonic VX2260wm 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor
Asus ATI Radeon HD 6850 OC 1024MB GDDR5
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black 3.20GHz
Asus M4A79XTD Evo (Socket AM3) DDR3 Motherboard
OCZ Platinum AMD Edition 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C7 1600MHz Dual Channel
Western Digital Caviar Black 750GB SATA-II 32MB Cache; Samsung SSD 830.

Budget : around £600.

I can probably keep current monitors if I get new system, and don't need peripherals (mouse/keyboard etc.)

I looked at something like this on configurator (£604 with VAT):

BitFenix Merc Alpha Gaming Case - Black
AMD A10-6800K Black Edition 4.10GHz (Socket FM2) APU Richland Quad Core Processor (AD680KWOHLBOX)

@micky - thanks very much for that.

Looks good. looking hard at that, and considering trying to squeeze in the 4096MB card, and maybe 8 core, to improve future proofing.

Edited my signature - apparently my 3 years ago signature breaks new forums rules - sorry about that.

Yeah the 4GB GTX 760 would be a better option as you have two monitors. I'm guessing you'll be reusing your current SSD and HDD?

The 4gb 760's are a waste of money. You can get a 280/280x with 3gb VRAM for the same/less. 3gb is more than enough for 1080p.

The 280/280x blows the 760 out of the water performance wise too.

Its be much better to spend your money on a 6300 and a 280/280x rather than a 8320 with a 760.

Thanks - that doesn't seem to be an option on the Liberator spec, though? Is there a OC build that will allow me to get that for around £600?
