Request to Royal Navy personnel

If remember rightly a form needs to be completed by the person wanting to take the cartridge off base or ship. Think thats what I had to do when taking a couple of 3 pound saluting gun cartridges.

What does she want them for? bearing in mind something like a 4.5' cartridge is pretty big

Its an offense to remove live / blank, spent or unspent ordanance from an excercise or combat zone. Im sure you will however be able to buy one from somewhere. What your asking someone to do is illegal.
 
I was made to swear to my superiors that I had no blank ammunition, spent or not when taken off a training area recently, try the bay for it?
