Requesting Help - Belkin wireless

gah! I can't get my belkin wireless card working on my ubuntu laptop
Belkin Wireless N1 F5D8011
I need the ini from the windows driver but I can't get it to run in wine or extract.
does anyone know where I can find the ini or have a copy/advice for me on this?
once I've got the ini I figure I can run it via ndiswrapper?

gonna reboot and try again. doesn't detect the hardware

ok so none of that works at all
going to install on windows machine and make sure it's ACTUALLY working.
