Require a modem

I currently have a wrt54gl (tomato) connected to my bridged be boxv7 which hold connection at 3db (~14000k) but sadly rests itself every 14 days. Well I say reset but all that's certain is after 13 days up I'll come back to find it synced at ~12500k without registering a los. Anyway it's unreliable and I'd like to replace it with a dedicated modem I could leave on as long as the router i.e months at a time.

Unfortunately here doesn't seem do be many ethernet modems around, or any guides/advice either. D-link, linksys & netgear seems to be the only ones that continually crop up but all have issues (apparently) and I'd really like a set-up and leave solution. So, can anyone recommend a reliable, stable adsl2+ ethernet router for a be line? Preferably one that performs well on longish lines (37.5 @ 3db), and is compatible with Be?

DrayTek 120 is what I always recommend and I've never had a single issue with them myself.

I'd completely forgotten draytek produced modems :). It seems Be released a new firmware the other week which I'm trying, but I suspect I'll be talking to draytek in afew weeks.

I used to have a 120 on my Be line in my old place, was a pretty reliable bit of kit.

From what I remember it did require a few of the default settings changing to get it working as Be use MPoA as well as a couple of other non-standard settings, it's not a difficult thing to do and there is a guide on the DrayTek website under their FAQ section too.
