Require advice on new PC

The firmware is 1.5 (I could see it from the irst)..

I am constantly getting BSoD, when starting the PC up and when installing common programs.

BAD_POOL_HEADER
BAD_POOL_CALLER
Some Service one as well...

Any idea the cause, All drivers are installed and updated, No over clocking either.
