Require an Upgrade?

Hi guys, i've recently purchased a new processor, motherboard and cooler. I plan on overclocking it and i was wondering, will i need a memory upgrade because my 2GB DDR2 is quite slow ( PC5300 ).

My specs i'm getting are in my sig.

You would probably get better performance, but it's not normally essential. If your RAM is stopping you from getting higher clocks, make sure your CPU multiplier is on maximum, and if it is, you can usually alter the FSB:memory ratio, in effect slowing your RAM down closer to its rated speeds.
