Require help finding a laptop

Hey,

I am looking to purchase a new laptop, I use it mostly to listen to music and browse the web as I am travelling. I spent a lot of my time travelling and I find my current laptop too heavy, so it needs to be lightweight! Those are the main points.

As far as operating system goes I am not too fussed, either Windows 7 or XP.

Hope you can give me some good advice, I really don't know the laptop market at all.

Budget?

Sounds like a netbook might be appropriate.

I don't have an exact budget. I don't want to spend any more than I need to, but I don't want to buy anything poor quality.

Well you have limited needs (music, web browsing), want something light and don't have a set budget. For me, that screams netbook! I've just bought my wife a HP 311c (see the big thread in here), but there is also something like the Dell 13z (see thread also))
