Hi guys

Grabbed one of the 470 Zotac's on offer yesterday, going to SLI tonight, just want to make sure I do it right.

Is it as simple as installed card, connected SLI bridge and download drivers done.

Do I need to do anything else, is their any special SLI driver I need to download or anything I need to adjust in Nvidia control centre etc

Thanks in advance

Not sure about your mobo, but mine had a small card on that I had to take out and swap around before it would recognise the second card. Not sure that all mobo's have that though - you'd need to say which model it is.

You shouldn't have to download any drivers - the one you have installed for the current single card should be fine. By default though, SLI won't be enabled after you stick the second card in. You will have to open Nvidia control center, find the 3D settings section and tick the box that says something like 'maximise 3d performance'.

Also, just so you know, whenever you update the drivers, you will need to re-enable the SLI in control center as I've described as it always resets it to single card mode.

Just seen your signature for the mobo model - as far as a I can see there is no card or bios setting to change so it should be just plug and play, apart from the control center setting change.
