never sold any games before so where is best place to off load some old games I/my son no longer want?

what am I likely to get?

Wii
---
Sonic and secret rings
Spiderwick
pirates of the Caribbean
paper mario
ben 10 alien force

PS3
---
Turok
GTAIV
MGS4

Cheers for input.

I bet you'd be looking at the £20-25 mark for all of those, not too clued up on Wii games though, so I couldn't say if those would yield more to the final total, but trade-in prices can be pretty low at your average Game store.

£10 for all the PS3 games id reckon as their all avaliable new for around £15-£18. Regarding Wii games not a clue either but cant imagine them being much better

These are from the exchange place and are trade in prices, if you have one of these and one of the smaller computer game shops they will beat all those prices by 1 pound. So from the exchange place you will get £70 and if you use the price match +1 you would get £78.

How do you manage to get the station to beat it by a pound I got fobbed off about a print out

They used to check themselves but last time I did this they required proof, I just took photos of the web page screens and they matched it (with the pound each extra)

That's cool cause I've got loads of games to sell and usually cex do the best trade values

Try Game you might be surprised, I was when i took some DS games a few months ago, they gave me a real good price far better than i expected.

If you have an ebay account, do a search for the game you want to sell... then click on 'completed listings' in the sidebar. That will show you all the prices the game has sold for and give you a good indication of what you can get for it as used on eBay.

After you've paid the double take of auction/payment fees it doesn't beat the exchange place price in most cases.

Wrong way round (unless it has changed in the last year). Credit doesn't require ID but cash does.

Who's got it the wrong way round? I didn't mention ID (although required for cash) only membership which you quoted me for ;)

That'll teach me for posting things when half asleep :p. Both cash and credit require membership with cash requiring ID also :)
