Look what my nans neighbour was about to throw in the dustbin  luckily I was round my nans working on an old car in her garden and I saw him carrying them to the bin, he said the N64 works but not sure about the 2 snes's, gonna have some fun later trying it all out, I used to have an N64 but only played zelda and goldeneye, never owned a snes so all the games on that will be new to me :)

Some quality games there so hope it all works :)
Wish my neighbours would throw out stuff like that :(

The chances are if the Snes consoles don't work it's probably either the mains adaptor or the internal fuse:)

Good find :)

:( DAMN,,, I cant get any of them working, all three systems power on ok but when I search for the signal I cant pick anything up :( Tried on the tv downstairs and when the tv is searching for a signal its as if its kinda gonna come in to focus but not quite, on the N64 I can see a black screen trying to come in which I think is the boot screen and on the snes a green screen tries to come in if I power the consoles off I dont get anythin come up at all so it must be the signals, mus'nt it??. Gonna go and try it on the other tv with diffferent aeriel leads,,, fingers crossed

Not entirely sure but they should all tune into the same channel which should be 36 or 37?

If you have a gamecube the AV cable from that will plug into the N64 and you can then test it via scart.

Also try blowing into the cartidge slot and give the cartridge contacts a clean they could be dusty.

I remember when I had a SNES it was a real nusiance to tune in for some reason. Sadly I can't remember how I got it working in the end :o
But don't give up hope yet :)

Ah the old RF days none of this component or RGB scart malarky. Pratting about with tuning TV channels in was half the fun :p

Actually while were on the subject of old skool consoles why do nearly all Snes's go yellow? Cos mines been in the box with no light discolouring it yet its still gone manky! Were nintendo using cheap plastic or something?

THANKS for the tips guys,, Tried one of the snes's on my sammy tv just as a last resort and it tuned me into a kind of garbled screen so I just kept turning it on and off putting the cart in and out and it just started working :) the boy was sitting playing TRL as soon as he see mario load up his eyes lit up and as you can see in the photos hes already claimed it,,TRL is old to news to him lol

What size screen have you got there on the Sammy?

Its a 26", im really pleased with it, I never thought id be able to afford a new hdtv at the time, but see this for £480, so quickly ebayed a fish tank and an old TV and easily made enough cash for it :) 360 and PC look awesome on it aswell as the SNES,,lol

Don't forget; you can play NES/SNES/N64/TurboGrafx/Megadrive and Gamecube games on the Wii (in addition to the Wii games themselves ofc!) :D
