Hello everyone!

I am doing research for my dissertation and I was wondering if anyone has tips on recruiting participants? I do online surveys, which at first sounded pretty easy, but turned out to be harder than I thought due to my sample restrictions. I study in Edinburgh, but since I am not from Scotland or even UK, asking people I know to participate is not enough :/

My research is about consumer attitudes toward restaurant sustainability and I am interested in residents of Scotland aged 18+ for this study.

So, if you have any tips for me on how I could reach a large population of Scottish residents via the internet please let me know. (I need participants from all around Scotland and all age groups so that the research is more reliable)

Thank you! :)

P.S. If anyone here would like to participate here's a link to the survey:

find a local forum and offer an incentive - some sort of cash prize draw for the people who fill out your survey, say £50 or something

get the results using pen and paper - go to a busy high street and ask people if they can spare a moment
