Do you want to insult your clients by buying 'cheap' US based webhosting for their (presumably) important websites? $4.95/month is a ridiculous amount of money for a cPanel reseller account.

no
but the website/s (even maybe just webpage) are small time, nothing big. in fact its me approaching them.

Theyre are actually a very highly respected company within the industry as they have had little downtime which is good, i had a package with them over a year ago, very good support, you may still want to check the ochostreview.co.uk as theyre are quite a few reseller companies on there

Snap out of it! ResellerZOOM (A divising of HostingZOOM) are a highly respected player in the web hosting market. $4.95/month is bargain bucket pricing, but I doubt his clients are going to care whether their sites are hosted on a reseller account in the US, or a dedicated server in a private, secured rack in London.

To answer the OP's question, do a search on the WebHostingTalk forums. I haven't dealt with ResellerZOOM personally, but I've considered it in the past, and I didn't come across anything which would deter me from doing business with them :)

As Rob says, I guess it depends who your clients are. If you're selling to web newbies, 15 year olds or idiots then sure, they won't give a damn. Clients worth having in your position, most certainly will :).
