Reserator V2 - can it cope with this

It looks like I'm going to move away from AMD for the first time since I installed an Athlon XP 1500 and go for an E6600.

Will the reserator V2 cope with:

E6600 (overclocked)
2x7800GTX with RAM heatsinks
Northbridge cooler.

While I'm at it what's the best mainboard for the Conroe ATM?

I think it would be ok stock, but overclocking would probably be out of the question, espeically with two graphics cards.

I put my Reserator 2 on a E6600 at 3.5Ghz (not VGA or NB) and it was OK on general stuff (5C cooler than a 9500) but on dual prime it had trouble keeping it down to 60C. My 9500 is back in which maxs out at 51C and the reserator is now with my HPTC - which is now cool and very quiet!

I think I'll stick with air cooling for the time being. What's the quietest air cooler that allows for a generous amount of overclocking?

I know the two don't necessarily go together but I'm intending to hook my desktop PC up to my Home Cinema so I'm looking for performance without the noise.
