My Reserator XT has been running fine since Christmas, however, I switched it on last night only to be greeted with the "low flow rate" alarm. The fan speeds up, but the flow rate is at zero. Problem with the pump?

Is there anything that I can try before I send it back?

How's the water level? No bubbles or air trapt that may be "blocking" the flow of water mate?

Nothing visible in terms of bubbles in the tubing. Water level is high.

How would I check to see if there are any bubbles of air trapped inside the aluminum unit itself? Furthermore, how would I get rid of them?

Thanks for the advice. I had to give it a fairly violent shake. I had tried, simply, rocking it back and forth like some bemused child in a cot. Instead, I had to like go all "Raaaaaaaar!" at it. It's working now.
