Reserator2 HELP needed

Hi,
This is my first attempt at watercooling my system, hence i bought a Reserator2 as it seemed quiet easy to setup.

I was following a internet guide as it had more detailed instructions, but i was having big trouble getting rid of the air, so after many hours all i have left in the system is one air bubble (approx 1 inch big) which i can't get rid of, but still the system refuses to work all that happens is the alrm and red LED come after 20secs of starting the system. Couls this be because of the air bubble i have left in the system? Or do i have a dodgey pump?

After another look at the manual that came with the system I noticed i did not initially degas the system using the degassing tube is this a big thing not to have done? (the damn inter instructions did not mention this)

Any help or advice given will be much appreciated. Thanks
 
Too late already put the blue stuff in and used the thermal paste for the GPU but will be using MX-1 for the CPU, thanks for the heads up anyway.

Well i degassed the system and finally got the spinning wheel inside the reserator to move, disconnected the degassing tube and hooked up all the tubes again, and this time around the air bubbles inside the tubes were a lot easier to get rid of. So now i have no visible bubbles inside the tubes but i am still unable to get proper flow, the spinning wheel moves a little then stops and 20secs later the alarm goes off.

P90 when you say shake the reserator i assume you don't mean violently?
 
Right finally got the internal fan to move had to almost lay the reserator on the floor to get the air out, but its still not quite there yet as after lets say 2-3 min it stops and alarm goes off, could this mean theres air still somewhere in the system :rolleyes:

How fast should the fan be moving to show good flow? as mine speeds up and slows down intermittently
