reset ios6 user data without doing a factory reset

I intend to sell my iphone 3gs with ios6 as a jailbroken device. I dopn't think the most recent iOS is jailbreakable so it needs to stay on ios6.

Trouble is the one way I can think of resetting the handset is to to do a full uprade of files and choose not to restore immediately.

Or is there another way>

Is there not an option via the settings menu? Sure I just nuked my 3GS whist jail broken

Pretty sure the restore option doesn't work with a JB'd device, It just throws a fit.

Not sure what the latest firmware is for the 3GS, But IOS 6.1.2 (Latest) is jailbrakable via Evasi0n.

I am sure I just reset user data on my JB'd 3GS before sale. It was a long time ago though
