Reset, Power and LED wires

hmm if there is wrighting on the plugs it always points out in my experience. if thats any help.

The speaker and reset connectors can go on any way around. The power led connector will only work one way around, same for the HDD led. Where is the problem?

You mean the power and reset connectors. The speaker connector has to go a certain way.

No, I mean exactly what I wrote. The speaker can go any way around the power LED is the connector I was referring too.

Not what I wrote.

Power LED only works one way.
Power switch works both ways.
Hard drive LED only works one way.
Reset switch works both ways.
Speaker works both ways.

i missread what you said. Thought you said the hd led would go both ways.

Ive never had any issues with this, the coloured wire has always been the positive wire also my lian-li has a split connector on the wire so u can plug them all in outside of the case which helps loads

in your lian-li case did you get 2 wires for audio ac (then some numbers) and HD audio? I couldn't find on my mobo where to put both so i had to chose which to put in. :s

On the newer motherboards, i have noticed that on one of the pins to connect the wire to has a black 'cross' on it, which i would have thought would denote the '1' pin on the wire, which in turn has an arrow on it.
