Resetting Chrome flags to default?

Under chrome://flags/, does the reset button return the experiment flags back to their default state when you first installed the browser?

I'd suggest it resets them to whatever their default state is in the current version of the browser, not their state when the browser was first installed.

Yes, I don't see why not.

Anything you've changed will be highlighted at the top of the list anyway, with a blue dot next to the name on the left and the status highlighted blue too.

Thank you, so basically reset all just changes those only back to the default settings?
