Resetting my CMOS?

My problem:

Now I want to know how to reset my CMOS.

Here's a pic of the battery and the surrounding jumpers.

Any help relating to my problem will be greatly appreciated aswell :)
 
Just pop the battery out & put it down somewhere obvious, Then go & make a cuppa Tea, On your return you can replace it, JD. There are jumpers to do the same job but **** that fiddly crap just rip the battery out.

Sometimes it has to be left out for plus 30 minutes but very rarely does it need to be left that long, In & Out like a 15 year old & you're done.
 
If you look in the top middle of the picture you can clearly see the CLTRC which means CLear Real Time Clock - the top blue jump needs to be put on the left 2 pins of the 3 (as shown in the pic) for a few seconds... and then put back as shown in the pic.

That should clear the cmos (if you are sure thats what you want) :D
