Yeah he does move slow, but i got stuck so he spiked me :( :D

Ive got the magnum, i don't have many bullets left for it though, ive got stacks of greandes, incendary and acid jobs, as ive only been using the 2nd shotgun mainly:p

I found the shotgun was useless against him, you need magnum or nade launcher, I think I used the magnum so im not sure which grenade round is best

I think its about 3 mag rounds or something really low to stop him the first time
 
Not played for a bit, so decided to have another bash, managed to drop him :D, but then he kicked me ass at the heliport :(

Take it im at the end now then, ahh well, theres always a run through as Barry once im done as Jill :p

Can't believe you still on your first play through. lol. :p

The last part is easy, just use magnum. When you see him getting ready to charge, run. If you get hit, heal asap and keep pumping his ass with magnum. Can't be more than 10 shots before the rocket launcher becomes available :)

Yeah been taking my time :p, i managed to get the rocket launcher thrown for me, but it landed right next to him, so as i went to grab it quickly, he walloped me, and ive only got 1x magnum round left, so just using the shottie and the grenade launcher :D
 
I wonder how they're going to do it. The REmake was done for the Gamecube, RE2 has never been touched. Hopefully they're going to do more than simply up-res it :D
 
Started playing this, still has tonnes of atmosphere and the lighting is fantastic. Have they nerfed the dagger though, remember being able to do some decent damage with it then back off for a couple shots to take down zombies, takes way more hits now.

:eek: Posted here as i remember there was some discussion about the hopes for RE2 being remade earlier in the thread. If someone wants to make a new thread then feel free, but theres not much to go on at the moment., Just hope they do the game justice and do a proper remake like they did with re1..

Its my favourite game of all time. Im nervous and excited for the remake. Lets hope they do it properly like you say :)
