Resident Evil 5 Loading Saved Game

Me and my bro were playing co-op (split screen) yesturday, we saved the game. Tried today and something funny is going on. We can only load my brothers save so he gets all his weapons, but i dont know how to load my save so i get all my weapons?
 
How come my brother looses all his weapons and i have them instead, and i dont own the weapons i had before?
Also my brothers store is empty so he cant buy any good weapons, not like he can afford it anyway.

But me and my brother got halfway through the game co-op on local. And hes lost all his stuff is that cause hes using my account aswell as a guest?

done all that but its the last part were having problems with, my brother has all his weapons, but i dont have mine only a pistol, as if were starting the a new game??
