I have also asked this in the pc gaming forum so I should hopefully get a good cross section of opinion :)

Should I buy re6 for ps3 or pc?

I might want to play online so I'm thinking ps3 will be better for that.

But the graphics will be better on pc.

I can't decide which system to buy it on, and yes I do want this game so no "don't buy it its crap" answers please.

Thanks :D

I have it on Xbox and when I play online - I can never see many people on it which is annoying... So maybe the same for PS3? Obviously cannot comment on PC.

If the Left 4 Dead crossover stuff interests you get it on the PC... otherwise just get it for which ever is cheapest.

I love Resident Evi but seriously this game is unbelievably terrible. :p

I wouldn't say bits terrible. It's certainly not as boring as 5 and Leons chapter is enjoyable. The other chapters have decent sections but sometimes it does feel a bit drawn out. I finished it with a friend but we were both res fans so we have a soft spot for the series but I could see how somebody playing alone wouldn't enjoy it so much.

I'm sure the PC version will be the best gfx wise etc. This game is more designed for coop imo, so if you've got someone to play with get the version they have, it'll be more enjoyable.

I played this split screen with a mate. Really enjoyed it.

If you are a hardcore RE fan and still stuck in the past, you will hate it :p

I'm a hardcore RE fan...love the games...from the past :p

However I don't let that cloud my judgement over what is really a generic action title. Didn't enjoy playing through the game at all, would think carefully before buying it.

RE Revelations which will be released next month however is a fantastic title to be honest.

It's cheap as chips, saw it for £12 in CeX the other day, worth a bash if your a big fan of the series, enjoyed the vast majority of it, but some of it is a massive slog.

Well I thought it was the best Resident Evil in years and years (since RE2 and CV).

It has the best use of multiplayer (been a single player fan normally) that I've ever played. In answer to your question I'd say it simply depends on how comfy your couch is :).
