I want to start playing the Resident Evil HD series on my laptop on my 32in monitor max out , but i dont have much knowledge about PC gaming

my laptop spec

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
RTX 3060
16GB Memory - 3200 MHz

Thanks

Those specs should manage any current Resident Evil depending on settings. Resident Evil 4 Remake might struggle maxed out, but it will still look fantastic even at med-high.

1. They are an excellent series in general, but they do change in style over time but not always in a bad way.
2. Resident Evil 5 is good but not great.
3. Resident Evil 6 is bloody awful.
4. Resident Evil 0 and 1 remake are 2002 Gamecube titles now in HD. They are very much still worth your time.
5. Resident Evil 2 and 3 remakes are excellent. I have not played 3 (or 4 remake!) but the remake of 2 is different to the original sufficiently that the original is still worth your time (the original is super short).

The first one, even the HD remake, is still quite hard to play by today's standards, particularly because of the limited saves (which broke me). Don't let that put you off though, all the others in the series allow you to save as often as you like. RE6 is without question, the weakest in the series in terms of gameplay (I still enjoyed the storyline), although it's really lame that you can't actually ever pause the game and the checkpoints are pants.
