Resident Evil5- Capcom Talk Tech about PC CPU's

I don't think Final8y is running a 32bit OS at all. I have 4Gb RAM and run Vista x64, my Task Manager looks nearly identical. 3325 (Total) - 2385 (Cached). ;)

Pretty sure your total should be equal to the amount of RAM you have installed. I have 8GB and it says 8190 total. Memory mapping turned on in your BIOS?

mine says 8189 total 6747 cached, with 8gb on 64 bit vista.

seems like he is running 32 bit :p

Total: 3315MB.

3.3GB. Sounds like a 32-bit OS. Don't tell me you're trying to run 8GB with a 32-bit OS...

Its not my PC as i said, its a pic of someone else's PC running the game.
i7940 @ 3.6 evgax58 / GTX 295 | I7 920 dx58so with GTX 280. So-so RAM overclocking potential, avoid unless free!

My PC is in my Sig & im only running one gfx card now Vista 64bit.

I would rather they put a bit more effort into the quality of gameplay and content - I think some of their games are lacking in that regard.

They've announced they're making a title from PC first havn't they?

I'm curious as to what is and it better not be bloody lost planet 3 or something :/ even though I can't remember if 2 is out yet. lol

Nice article but the Intel love is ridiculous (yes it is a "sponsored" intel article, lol).

Hah yeh was thinking the same thing...

[Intel] Say something nice about the pc platform and our processors and we will give you a nice little pay packet

[Capcom] But no one buys our games on the pc! 84% of RE5 was downloaded off torrents!

[Intel] *flashes wad off siliconised cashmundo*

[Capcom] We love the Core I7 platform here at Capcom...

Perhaps me being overly cynical! Nice that there are developers still trying to code specifically for the PC. Key thing is that we start buying our games again or we are gonna get less n less!

4GB RAM on 7-64 shows up 4094 Total.

Hmmm I'm off to investigate! System settings and CPU-Z say 4Gb.

Windows will show installed RAM now even if it isn't usuable, just to stop continuous support calls (to them and retailers) from people who bought 32bit and wondered why they only had 3.25GB of RAM.
