Apparently there is some gameplay in there.I'm guessing from 0.35-1.15 in the video. I can't see the game looking anything like that to be honest!

You didnt like that? Res 2 came right after I got my PS3 and I absolutely loved that as an introduction to MP console gaming. I much prefer anything co-op over competitive anyway (come from many years as a Q3 CTF player) stuff like DM and TDM bore me, really are modes for stupid people IMHO...

No, it was supposed to be read as a disappointment - I'd love nothing more than to have 8-player co-op again. But I think they're only doing split-screen local co-op for Resistance 3.

Ah I didnt read it like that at all

. I guess R2 got a lot of flack not having a campaign co-op like the first did - so much so that they reverted back...

If they havent kept the online multi co-op missions more fool them - I would be buying R3 just on the strength of that - its really what XBL/PSN really should be all about and plenty of games have moved away from local co-op because of this...
