Resistors for X850 volt mod

Hi ive been reading a guide on how to voltmod my graphics card. I have everything i need to do it except the resistors. Can anyone tell me where to buy them? Obviously Non-OcUK competitors only.

I need the following types: 1x 10k Ohm, 1x 250k Ohm and 2x 20k Ohm.

Any help would be most appreciated.
