Resize bar with 5090

I've tried to enable this in my bios but it ended up with have to go through window11 security to get my rig back up and running,is it worth the trouble to get this option switched on these days.
My motherboard is the Asus x870e glacier.

With a 5090?..absolutely no need for it, margin of error stuff in terms of extra fps.

It should be on by default. Turn it on. The driver decides whether to use it per game. It's free performance.

I've found out my window 11 install was MBR so it's greyed out in bios and if I disable csm the pc won't boot as the drives disappear.

That'll stop it working. You can do an MBR to GPT conversion, wipe the drive and do a fresh install, or do nothing at all.

I watched that yesterday and found it was indeed turned off on my system with a 5090. Turned it on and gained 9% performance with no other changes.

3D Mark Port Royal. I'd recently upgraded from a 12900k/4090 to 14900k/5090 and I still had the results saved from when I was tuning the 5090. With no other changes, I just re-reran it after enabling it in the global profile and the score increased by 9%.
