resizing partition in Vista ?

Hi,

Trying to making my C drive bigger as there is no space but doesn't seem to work with Vista ?

I have C as 25GB and as an 2nd partiton 270Gb. I can shrink the 2nd partition but can't extend this into the C drive.

Any ideas how i can do this ? Oh they are both primary partitions if that makes any difference ?

Download a gparted ISO image, and burn it to a CD.

Boot off of the CD and resize the partition with gparted.

Or, get a copy of "EASEUS Partition Manager" which works flawlessly in all windows versions I have tried it on (and others here too).

use gparted

backup first
