Resizing software req

Hi

Let's say i've got 100 jpg files and they are all a few Mb each and i want to resize them to make them 50Kb each (maximum) and i wanted to make them all 160X120 pixels in size, keeping the photos in proportion.

Is there any software that will allow me to do this batch conversion?

Sorry, i should have mentioned i am looking for some freeware to allow me to do this.
