Hi all - first post so go easy on me!

Built several builds, am a web designer for a living so I do know a fair bit about computers, but now I'm stumped!

Since moving house, my graphics card (ECS Nvidia GeForce 9600GT 512MB) will not give the option to output 1680 * 1050 resolution. I have tried uninstalling the graphics card drivers and re-installing them and still not working. I have an Acer AL2202W 22" monitor which up until moving house has displayed 1680 * 1050 no problems at all - so I cannot work it out.

The resolution options currently are: 1440*900, 1600*900, 1600*1200

Its from OCUK and is about 3 months old, but I wouldn't have thought that the card is faulty? No software like rivatuner or anything else in the way to cause any conflicts. Thanks in advance everyone!!

Have you tried a different refresh rate. There's an option called shows modes not supported by the monitor. Try using a different frequency then try selecting 1680x1050. If not have you tried forcing it via the Nvidia control panel?
