Hey guys im curious

I have a few things open on my second monitor to my right like corsair link and afterburner.

When i launch some games, all these nicely placed programs on the second monitor all get pushed to one side and to fix this i have to minimize the game, move them back into place and then maximize the game and they stay put.

Why? And how can i stop it doing it?

Main monitor is 1440p second is 1080p

In the past when I have experienced this issue, I've found that it's because the game resolution is different to the desktop resolution.

thats strange as i have mechwarrior online set to the desktop resolution, it happens when i first open it, makes both the monitors change

its like it downscales the resolution breifly then back to 1440p

Maybe it's the intro movies temporarily changing the resolution before the game starts up?

Try running games in borderless mode.
