Resource and meter for when gaming

I see ppl use some resource meters sometimes and wondered where to get them.

I want to monitor my ram, my vram and cpu and maybe temps for each but not a major requirement.

Any help finding something to watch and log these things so i can check after gaming as i want to check the levels when im playing gta 4 to see if something is maxing out and causing the fps to drop to 1fps or freeze all together which happens when trying to do mp (even does this on menus).

Got that but its not quite what i want.

why is not what you want ? you can go into options and set it to log everything to a html file, monitors everything including volts.
Myself, i game at 1680x1050 windowed and can monitor everything by sidebar gadgets(top right)
